Scope of Work
Facility modification, removal and installation at four sites: Crawford ESD, Lancaster West RS-1487, Lancaster 5 MS-735287 and
the Greenfield RS-7944. The scopes of work varied by location.
Crawford ESD
- Removal of pipe between the road and the station discharge
- Removal and replacement of a tee with a 90-degree elbow
- Relocation and replacement of two emergency blowoff valves
Lancaster West RS-1487
- New access road and station location
- Installation of a temporary 4” supply line and temporary regulator setting to stopple fitting to maintain temporary service
- Installation of a new TERI indirect fired water bath heater
- Removal of regulator run from existing building and relocation
- Construct new building site, foundations, access, parking area and fencing
- Removal of existing regulator building and existing piping
- Re-establish supply to inlet of new heater and continue to relocated regulator runs
Lancaster 5 MS-735287
- Removal of all piping and equipment
- Installation of a new 4” line to heater inlet
- Installation of a new PecoFacet filter coalescer
- Installation of a new TERI indirect fired water bath heater
- Installation of a new 4” turbine meter run with a single bypass
- Installation of two new 2” regulator runs
- Removal of existing flow computer and installation of a new panel board and Eagle RTU
- Tie-in to existing Lancaster Gas piping
Greenfield RS-7944
- Connection to launcher/receiver
- Installation of two new 8” regulator runs
- Construction of new building site, foundations, access road and fence
- Installation of new RTU building
- Installation of new electrical service and light poles
