The team at VEC is comprised of approximately 300 team members, both skilled tradespeople and office support staff. Our goal is to exceed the expectations of our clients on each and every project we perform.

One of our goals as a company is to support each team member’s career growth. Throughout the year, we provide opportunities for our team to learn more on a specific topic of interest. The VEC Speaker Series hosts both internal VEC team members and members of the local community to speak on their area of expertise. In addition the The VEC Speaker Series, we encourage our team to participate in job-specific training and continuing education.
