Scope of Work
Addition of new gas conditioning facilities and compression for Crawford Counterstorage. The scope of work included:
- Installation of a new compressor unit (Ariel JGK 4, driven by CAT G3520B)
- Tie into existing suction headers
- Installation of suction/discharge, loading, blowdown, check, relief and recycle valves, along with electric actuators for unit valves
- Installation of a new unit blowdown silencer
- Installation of a new compressor building for the new compressor unit with overhead crane, drive in access, gas and fire detection, heating and ventilation, lighting, offskid with JW/LO combination hotstart, offskid LO/JW/AW make up tanks and offskid fuel gas regulation
- Installation of a new gas cooler and unit recycle valve
- Installation of a new dehy package on the new unit’s discharge side downstream of gas cooler
- Installation of a new reverse coalescing filter separator both upstream and downstream of dehy
- Re-installation of existing filter separators on suction header
- Installation of new orifice metering on suction header
- Installation of new cable tray between auxiliary building, PCR building and compressor building
- Installation of new MCC and distribution panels in the new PCR building
- Installation of new UCP and BSD panel and new RIO panels for yard I/O
- Route air piping between existing air receivers and new air receiver located outside of the compressor building
- Installation of new fuel gas line heater for new facilities
- Tie into existing contactor on Units 2 and 3
- Removal of RS-7737 and RS-7736 from service
- Installation of crossover valves and actuators in station yard
- Demolition of existing gas conditioning facilities
