The first six months of 2021 have been busy within Field Services, Information Technology and Talent Management.  To the right are highlights from different categories tracked by each department and a great job by all providing excellent customer service to our internal and external team members.

Field Services Training Videos:

Field Services has created a series of short videos with the assistance of Becky Bertuzzi, VEC Marketing Manager to create a library for training and awareness.  A lot happens behind the scenes on a daily basis and sharing the detail of how things happen and why they happen the way they do, is important to the daily success within Field Services and the customer service they provide to VEC’s projects.

Strategic Plan 2021 – 2025:

VEC’s Executive Leadership Team (ELT) rolled out the 2021-2025 Strategic Plan to our team.  ELT and the Vice Presidents and Directors worked with Dr. Tom Epperson from InnerWill over an 8 month period working together to create our objectives, goals and metrics for the company.
