Ultium Cells 1 Data Center

Scope of Work

Build out of mission critical space within the Ultium Cells 1 Battery Plant. The work on the data center proceeded while construction of the facility was still in progress. The work included:

• Metal stud framing of Computer Room, UPS Room, Ops center, and service corridor
• Rough-in of electrical and power
• Drywall hanging, taping and finishing
• Painting of all drywall
• Furnish and install of all doors, frames and hardware
• Provide epoxy floor coating of concrete surfaces
• Installation of UPS and Battery back up system
• Furnish and install of panels, transformers, cable tray to support the power distribution to the data center
• Provide clean agent fire suppression system
• Furnish and install drop ceilings
• Furnish and install access flooring within the computer room
• Provide carpet tile and base within Ops room
• Install owner provided equipment including server racks and wiring of PDUs
• Provide BIM modeling of all construction and integration into the facility construction model
• Coordination with mechanical contractor for installation of all cooling equipment
