VEC was recently awarded a new project at the Ultium Battery Plant located in Lordstown, Ohio. The team recently finished the construction of the switchyard and distribution lines that will feed power into the plant. This project will involve all trades and is one of the first industrial general construction projects the company is undertaking.
Ultium is a joint-venture project between General Motors and LG to produce batteries for electric vehicles. The project is expected to complete in October.
